Each individual is permitted to hold one bat333 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If bat333 identifies that a player holds more than one account, bat333 may close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or winnings associated with them, and recover any bonuses that were claimed across multiple accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the bat333 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment method supporting outgoing transactions.

bat333 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes from the point at which a request is approved:

• bKash and Nagad: 15–30 minutes for verified accounts; up to 2 hours for standard accounts.
• Rocket and Upay: Up to 2 hours.

bat333 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. During a verification review, the withdrawal in question will be placed on hold. bat333 will endeavour to complete verification reviews within 48 hours of receiving all requested documentation.

Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. No withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be processed until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bat333 may retain the balance in that account as compensation for the breach and to cover the costs of investigation. Where an account is closed at bat333's discretion for non-breach reasons (for example, a business decision to cease serving a particular market segment), the player's verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules and the resulting balance paid out to the player's registered payment method.
